Our Candles are hand poured using the highest quality wax, fragrances and Eco Wicks. We use Soy Wax as it is environmentally friendly and will burn cleaner than other waxes and our candles are cruelty free! 

Please note that frosting may occur due to the nature of the wax but this won’t affect the smell or burning of the candle and cracking is also common. Also our candles may vary slightly in colour due to picture/computer screen imaging and due to being made in smaller batches, though we try our very best to ensure each candle is the same!

Our candles are made from Eco- Friendly Soy wax and are also Cruelty Free!

 

Frosting and wet spots are completely natural to have on your candle due to the nature of soy wax! Don’t worry this won’t affect the burning of the candles! 

Due to each candle being made in small batches there may be slight variations in colour.

 

Please ensure you all a full wax pool the first time you light your candle, this can take between 2-4 hours to achieve depending on the candles size you choose, this prevents tunnelling. Do not light your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

 

Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch always, including in-between burns.

 

To avoid the glass breaking, stop burning your candle when only 1/2 inch of wax remains! We wish they could stay forever but they can’t! 

 

If you experience any blackness around the jar from soot, extinguish the candle and allow it to cool before wiping around the glass with a cloth, this can be avoided by keeping the wick trimmed. 

 

Do not leave a candle burning unattended and ensure that they are away from children and pets. 

 

If your candles have any botanicals or crystals on the top, please ensure you keep an eye on them and allow a full wax pool in order to protect the botanicals.
